Win Chill Cold Storage is made up of five (5) owners of the facility and operating company. This ownership group brings a diverse and impressive business and professional background to this company in addition to its financial strength. The members have worked collaboratively on this project since its inception. Each party has contributed professional assistance and expertise to various portions of the project as delineated by a scope of work agreed to by all. There are virtually no soft costs in this project as the bulk of that work has been completed by “in-house” professionals. It is this collective effort that has afforded this project its “fast track” success in order to meet the demands and needs of the customers who utilize this facility and its services.
